Design Law helps protecting your design. Requirements for protection are:

  • Novelty
  • Individual character

Scope of protection:

  • Any design which does not produce on the informed use, a different overall impression
  • Unregisters design (3-year protection against copying) first disclosure inside UE-territory
  • Registered design (25 years maximum)
