- Have one core message for the whole plan (at the start of the plan)
- Have one core message for each chapter (at the start of each chapter). Each chapter's core message should support the core message of the whole plan.
- Have one core message for each paragraph (at the start of each paragraph). Each paragraph 's core message should support the core message of the whole chapter.
- Check of the collected core messages make up a good executive summary
- Make sure you have at least one picture to summarize the concept of the business plan
