Make sure that the column valves are open (button can be found in the setup page)

  • To find focus: press handpanel button: 'Eucentric

Focus'. Then use the handpanel buttons 'Z-Axis' + and - to focus.

  • In

the 'Diffraction' mode button you need to use the '[[high dynamic range]]' mode of the flucam.
