TEM Application written by Max in Delphi. Used primairly in cryo life science. Very rare usage in material science on sensitive materials. Typical usage:
1) Focus on two different spots (certain distance of the area of interest) 2) Assume the sample is linearly aligned with the two focus spots. 3) Briefly (typically 1 second) expose the region of interest using the average focus of step 1)
