Criteria: Does this EBP outline the business model by explaining:
- who pays (paying customer)
- how much (average transaction value)
- how often (repetition)
Rating: Low: Only 1 of the expectation items are present in the EBP Medium: 2 of the expectation items are present in the EBP High: All 3 of the expectation items are present in the EBP
