A system to audit standards.
- A Kamishibai is a 'story telling' on your process. It can be used to review critical items within the workplace.
- A check related to standards for people, safety, quality, delivery, cash and cost.
For each critical step, you will have a card.
You draw cards randomly and check if the process is in place.
